Going crazy over your workload? It’s amazing how so many deadlines creep up on you at the same time, isn’t it? Whether it’s work, school, family life, or other obligations that’s weighing you down- don’t forget to make some time to just chill and take care of yourself. Deep down, you know that you (and your workload) would benefit greatly if you could just step back a little.
Forgot what it’s like to take a break? Usually it’s the exact opposite of what’s weighing you down. Spending too much time in front of the computer and smart devices? Time to unplug. Did a lot of loading/unloading of heavy items? Give your arms a break. Had an all-nighter hitting the books, to the point that your eyes are bloodshot? Come on. You know you need some sleep.
