It’s okay. Admit it. You waste more time than you really should. It happens to the best of us. From texting, to giving in to social media, to browsing addictive sites, to eating habits- it’s easy to get distracted and end up procrastinating on things you really should be focusing on.
We came across this infographic today, and were able to identify the many ways we were guilty of wasting time, both knowingly and unknowingly.
